The fall ’17 issue of Trinity Magazine started reaching mailboxes in late November. Here’s a brief glance at what’s inside:

    • “After Damascus: Apostle of the Risen Christ”
      —This article gives a brief look at Professor of New Testament Con Campbell‘s recent work as host of In Pursuit of Paul, published by Our Daily Bread Ministries. The series traces the Apostle Paul’s life and missionary journeys from Jerusalem across the Mediterranean world to Rome.
    • “Encountering the Arts with Faith, Hope, and Love”
      —Associate Vice President for Spiritual Life and Associate Professor of Faith and Culture Taylor Worley provides guidance in engaging contemporary through faith, hope and love, while simultaneously highlighting several artists that help us along the way.
    • “Learn, Serve, Grow: Becoming Global Citizens”
      —In this short piece, Professor Suzie Sang tells us a few stories about how Service Learning projects at Trinity equip and teach students to be flexible, make a positive impact, adjust their attitudes towards others, develop respect, grow in love, improve their communication and learn from their mistakes. As a result, as they continue to serve, they recognize that Service Learning is not just a requirement but a way for them to gain skills they will use in their future careers as well as in their personal lives.
