newsroomadminAugust 30, 2013
A new course entitled “Theological Education in the Majority World” (ES 8000) will be available and offered for one or two hours of masters or doctoral credit during a two-day session on October 11–12.
This is a rare opportunity to hear from four experts in theological education, facilitated by Associate Dean of TEDS Jim Moore. They will include Cesar Lopes on Latin America, TEDS Dean Tite Tiénou on Africa, Evan Hunter of Scholar Leaders on PhDs in the majority world, and David Esterline, researcher and co-editor of the Handbook of Theological Education in World Christianity, on insights from the Global Survey on Theological Education .
See the online syllabus for details and preparatory work (myTIU > Academics > Syllabi and Manuals). It is not too late to register for this modular course, though the preparatory work will need to be completed before the first class session. This experience will be unrepeatable!
