Summer Dining Options in the Waybright Center

Dining Services offers the following summer dining options:

FRESH will be open:

Monday – Friday, 7:30-1:30
(Breakfast served from 7:30 – 10:00, Lunch served from 11:00-1:30)

Menu options include:

Daily Hot Breakfast Offerings:  Scrambled Egg Combo, Omelettes, Belgian Waffles
Two Daily Hand-Crafted Deli Sandwich Choices on our Home-Baked French Bread or Ciabatta
Hand-Tossed Gourmet Salad of the Day
Daily Lunch Special
Homemade Soup / Soup-Salad / Soup-Sandwich Combination

Come and enjoy our expanded dining area, lunch on the patio, or grab something to have back at your office.

Farewell Reception for Donna Jackson

Donna Jackson has been serving as the records transcript coordinator for the past five years. She has served TC, REACH, and TEDS/TGS students. Her hard work and dedication to the office has been greatly appreciated.

Please join us in the Records office to thank her for her service. A farewell reception will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013 from 2–3 p.m. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors. Light refreshments will be served.

Campus Safety Reminders

As the school year draws to an end, the Student Affairs Office would like to remind the Trinity community of some safety practices and procedures. We want to take this opportunity to also remind everyone to protect your own personal belongings. Given the number of visitors we will have on campus this week, taking these simple precautions will help keep our community safe.

  • Never leave your personal items unattended for any amount of time, in any location.
  • Always keep your dorm room and vehicle locked.
  • Call Campus Safety and Security for an escort at night, if you feel so inclined.
  • Never allow someone to follow you into your dorm building without a key.
  • Most sex crimes are perpetrated by acquaintances of the survivors, not strangers.
  • Report all suspicious or threatening behavior immediately to security.

Close Your Mailbox for the Summer

It is fun to get mail! If you are a college student and would like to get your mail over the summer or if you are graduating, please fill out the Mail Forwarding Form at the Mail Services page on the My TIU site or follow the link. All college student mailboxes will be closed over the summer unless you request it to be left open.

If you are a TEDS or TGS student you DO NOT need to fill out the form. Your boxes will be left open over the summer

On-Call List Sign Up

Are you needing to make some money while attending college or graduate school? Do you need a flexible job you can work around your classes? Did you know that Career Services publishes an “On-Call List” each semester that is purchased by local residents looking for quality people to do child-care, house-sitting, pet-sitting, yard work, catering, and/or cleaning?

Fill out the “On-Call Registration Form” by Monday, May 27, 2013, and get your name out to a community that needs your giftedness and service. Email Career Services with any questions.
